is a medical graduate from India, and obtained her bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery degree from the Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences in Karnataka, India, and completed an internship at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi, India. Her work experience in India and clinical rotations in the United States have developed her interest in epilepsy. She is passionate about research in Neurology and particularly interested in the genetics of epilepsy.
